doctor's appointment

I passed my check- up with flying colors! Everything is in working order. The best news is that I lost 25 pounds since my last visit!! I was up to 295 down to 270. The doctor was very happy to find out that I lost this weight. So am I.

Getting it off is half the work, you will have to work on keeping it off..
