and I got her papers and stuff, I found out her real name is:
Sunset Acres Norma
which happens to only be a few letters off of the name I picked! (Nuria) so her new nickname is Norma Jean, I may gradually ease into changing her name because I'm not sure she can reall hear a differene anyway. Her dad's name is HIGHLAND-H STORNIN NORMAN (http://www.excalsires.com/Norman.htm) and he's really good, known to producing really nice daughters out of ok dams. She's another example of this! Man I just got lucky when it comes to my animals, first Player with the 1st class pedigree, then Oslo who is just exploding with breed type and amazing angles, now Nuria with her Sire's good traits!

She is beautiful! I want a cow so bad. Does she live somewhere else?

Also, who is Player?

Thanks Bri, I was going to pick teal but my grandma bought these and they were too big for her so she gave them to me. NOT the best shoes when you're mucking the pen though!

Sara, she lives a few miles away from my house at this place. (http://www.wagnerfarm.org/) Trust me, I live in the most built up pathetic suburb there is, that place is my little peice of paridise.
Player was "my" project horse off the racetrack who I took care of and rode for about 6 months and the last month I shareboarded him. (rode and took care of him 3 days a week) I was planing on buying him once I got a job and then the other girl who rode him was about to buy him, but she needed a shareboarder because she couldn't afford the full board and neither could I. But then the barn relocated to 45 minutes away and it was really hard for me to make it up there more than once a week in a carpool. Something happened with him once he settled in to the new place, he was fine the first week but then he started acting up. My theory is that me, who babied him 3 days a week, and the other girl who took care of the other days both went on vacation the same weeks and "deserted" him at that new place. When we got back and he realized he wasn't going home he started to be really weird and buck and bolt and apperantly he threw the other girl off every ride. His owner sold him. :(

His sire is Fast Play (http://www.wafarefarm.com/fastplay/) who was sired by Seattle Slew. His Dam was sired by Moscow Ballet. That means he had Northern Dancer, Nijinsky II also in his pedigree.

Aww, you should have got Teal! I have that color, and the lighter salmon-y pink, and then my mom has the Dark blue, then we have light blue and baby pink ones in a very similar but slightly different brand. ^^
