Only a few weeks ago, I posted about Drake jumping out of the back of the truck. Drake loves being able to feel the wind in his face and stand up in the bac of the truck.

Well, his daddy just bought a camper top to put on the truck! It has windows where Draker can enjoy the window!

Drake and Andrew will tae it on a test drive this weekend!

the only reason i've ever considered getting a shell is for the exact reason! hmmm...

i'm sure he'll love it :)

What a great mental picture that makes!! I took Shawna with me to Walgreens yesterday to drop of film and I rolled the window all the way down and kept her leash around my wrist and she had the GREATEST time!

Isn't it so great that a doggie will be so happy with just some wind in his face? No "oh my hair!" or anything...

That's wonderful Souraya!! You two are such good parents...! I wish I had a truck for Duncan to ride in...I drive a Honda Civic 2 door and poor Duncan barely fits in the backseat. When the weather is nice, I open the sun roof and he sticks his head out. It's the funniest thing to see!! :D People always point at me and stare and laugh!!:D

That's exciting! Drake will enjoy his rides and you won't have to worry anymore. We all want to see pictures now. Enjoy your test drive this weekend.

I have wooden sides (slats so they can stick noses out and see) above the bed of my pick-em-up truck and a mesh screen along the back which seems to work OK. I've thought about getting a cab but just can't afford it right now. I also put some indoor/outdoor carpet down so they (four of 'em)won't slide around. They do love the open air don't they :D

:D Lucky Drake!! He will love it. I finally got caught up somewhat with the past postings and was sorry to hear about Drakes accident and glad he is okay. I also hope you and Andrew get to have a lovely weekend together to celebrate your anniv. ;)

I have a cap on my truck, I have just never been sure about letting the girls ride there..I like them up front with me soI can keep an eye on them...

...ya know, that's why I'm thinking of trading my truck in for a station wagon.... Don't need the truck for work (my husband did) and really would like my guys to ride up front w/ me. But they really do like the open air. But what to do when it rains :eek: :( ewwww, wet dogs in the tent :eek: :confused:
