Time to make a FAST Decision!

Most of July has "slid by" - leaving August as the Month to DO IT
if we plan another Gathurin *before* Labor Day Sunday.


We don't want to be "too late" in August - because we have
a Gathurin SCHEDULED for Labor Day Weekend -

SUNDAY, September 3, 2006.

Phred, you're killing me! I wanted to go so badly in May but financial obligations (many had to do with Jimmy's health) stopped me. Sadly I still cannot afford a trip. I WILL be there next year though! Looking at everyone's pictures from May was nothing short of torture!

I'm still looking for owners and their dogs to come to the National Dachshund race Sunday sept.24,2006.
I will be having meet the breeds for all dogs to come and talk with people about your breed.
Ann moore will be set up with Dog Agility equiment and each group can plan games to play.
I will be looking for captain of each breed.please e-mail me at [email protected] for more information.
also be a Hot dog off to find the best hot dog in Hancock County from 3-5.the public gets to Judge.
all recsue units are invited to attend to be part of a aboptathon-hosted by Angles for animals
vendors both items and food.I still have room for more vendors.
I also have a list looking for people to volenteer.all funds go to 4 non profit units.please go to www.weinerrace.com.

I am sooo sorry, somehow I had the impression there wouldn't be a july picnic. Oh well, I had to work that day anyway, so we could not have been there for long.

I already asked for Labor Day weekend off, assumed there would be a gathering that Sunday. Are we planning to have a PT picnic then? Other dates??

when she (ShawsDanes) said "I plan on being there ..."

ShawsDanes "plans to be at" the Dashshund Event on September 24 ...
she didn't mean she would be at the possible PT Gathurin at the Dawg Park
on July 2nd.

So Pat - no need to be "sorry" for missin something that didn't happen.

We STILL have time to squeeze an early AUGUST Pic-Nik in - if we HURRY!

At this point, we don't have any plans for Aug 6th, I usually take mine there on Sundays for a while anyway.

Unfortunatley, Aug 6th is out for us. We have softball tournaments that day, and therapy dog picnic sheduled. That is also about 4 days after Christy's due date, so we may be trying to get a trip to Cincy in to meet our new nephew!!

We will be there Labor Day!!

I'd like to come to a PT get together sometime! My parents said they'd gladly take me (And possibly one of the pups!!) to one in Ohio or Kentucky. :) I'd be the youngster most likely, though. :p

The 13th may be possible for us. Not toally sure what is going on with Softball tournaments yet...they ahve them listed as 6th and 13th. Could be both? Hopefully We'll know more soon.

I try to stay out of the decisions cause I can ususally make any date you decide on- our family reunion is the 5th of August but it is in Tiffin so we are still here at home. The tractor show is that weekend so you would lose Carl as cook as he misses as little of that as he can. The 13th looks good - even if I spend a week at Christy's I should be home by then.
