Update on Zoe

I am very saddened to tell you all that Zoe passed away this morning. She was my co-worker's cat that was electrocuted about a week and a half ago. The vet thinks that Zoe had a heart attack (as a latent result of the electric shock).

Please keep my co-worker, John, and his wife, Vicki, in your thoughts and prayers. Their hearts are heavy with grief tonight.

It is regretable that little Zoe passed away. I know what it is like to loose favorite pets, as they are part of a family.

You asked about a heating pad that doesn't use electricity. Personally I know of none. However, I will say that electrocution is caused by too many volts in contact with the body. If one could find a heating pad that operated on 6, 12 or 24 volts, there is little in the way that any mishap could cause electrocution.:(
