The wildflowers are coming out in droves right now. I don't plant any other kind of flowers. Just a waste of money! The wildflowers are hardy enough to withstand the dogs!

This is an Arctic Poppy. They come in several colors. I have this yellow and orange in my yard.

These are Wild Blue Lupine. They are the most common wildflower around here. Earle likes to eat them! Makes for pretty colored puke! :rolleyes:

The forest floor looks almost all blue in some places right now!

There are two kinds of these little purple flowers around. These ones look like stars.

And these have rounded petals. They grow in clumps quite low to the ground.

And these tiny white flowers will eventually become lowbush cranberries! Yum!!!
