Slick brought this hat to Los Angeles from Vancouver last year. It was given to Richard for safekeeping and he brought it along for everyone to try on. Doesn't Barbara look smashing in it?

That's all of the pictures that I have...........it was yet another wonderful "picnic" hosted by Don and Sara.

You can imagine how special it was to meet Barbara and Seigmar. And we had the added bonus of meeting Randy K and Beverly.

I might add that you haven't seen any pictures this time of Edwina and Eddie.
Word has it that Edwina "retired" to her closet - She was not amused by all of the attention and fussing.

I don't think that Rascal would be thrilled - but it would be soooo easy to sneak Eddie into my purse (err, suitcase) and bring him home.

Sara and Don - a HUGE thank you - it was a wonderful day.

I have to second that, thanks for everything Sara and Don, and Barbara those salsa's were wonderful....I had a great time and it was nice to see everyone again and meet Barbara, Siegmar, Randy K and Beverly for the first time. Slick it was also great to get a chance talk to you.

Anyway, great pics everyone!!! As usual, I am just GREEN with envy! I love the pics of the hat everywhere, and also love the pic of Richard escaping through the bushes. Don't worry, Richard, Sara doesn't really bite! :eek: ;) :D

That painting is AWESOME, Sara! And it fits the room and the decor just perfectly! Randi, your house where the painting came from, was that one of your houses that we saw on our walk last year? ;)

Someone was really being a "Dick" Saturday evening, and if I wasn't so dense and losing it lately, I might have "figured it out" in time. Alas, it was not to be and I really missed out. ;)

Had you stayed a bit longer, you might have bumped in to John's sister and BIL, they're taking the route from Seattle down to CA, starting on wednesday. I gave them your tips, as they pretty much like the same things as you. :)

You'll notice all the (empty) margarita glasses sitting around. I got a small taste of Don's chocolate concoction. That was good!

My head isn't as shiny now as it was then! My hair insists on recovering from all the abuse no matter what and has now started growing in. It's short, but growing! And I think Beverly is beautiful too.
