Where do you keep your toothbrush? I keep mine in a plastic case made for toothbrushes and then on a shelf in my room. Many people I know keep them in cups or holders next to the sink. I tell my mom she's gross because there's bound to be dust and toilet water all over it and what should somebody sneeze while standing by the sink. At school my roomie just throws her's whereever there's room. It often falls to the floor or gets lost in her piles of stuff and she still uses it.

In a cup by the sink. Never thought about how 'gross' it is, until you just pointed it out.... Good thing I don't care about 'gross' :p

you know.........not odd at all.........

they say that airborne poop particles have been found meters away from the toilet so technically they can land on...........yes you guessed right......YOUR TOOTBRUSH!!!..........

so i think its better to have them in plastic caps in a cabinet or something, besides, how are you 100% sure a fly or a roach didnt passed right over it??

I usually keep mine by the sink, but, it's not near the toilet. Of course, I know about the poop particles, but, there's really no 100% safe place for anything, as far as germs go. I do usually have a cap that covers the bristles, though.

did you see that mythbusters about fecal particles landing on toothbrushes? They found out that no matter how far away from the toilet you keep it it'll still gather fecal particles. I keep mine on a shelf above the toilet.

And if you'd watched that episode you'd also know that the controlled toothbrushes they had kept in the bathroom in the container also had the fecal matter stuff, nad it was nowhere near the bathroom. ;)

I toss it in a drawer, or just leave it wherever I used it last, so sometimes its layign the the shower and sometimes its tossed somewhere near the sink lol

You would be surprised. Fecal matter is EVERYWHERE. Your body enters a bathroom, correct? Your body also enters the guest house, correct? Guess what? Fecal matter is now in the guest house :)

Mine are in a sort of case that transforms into a cup, lol:p There is a lid on it so dust and *other airbourne particles*;) don't get on it, but you can take the lid off and it becomes a cup as well :)

Mine is on the sink- a little bit of bacteria is most likely not going to hurt you! We have hundreds if not thousands of different kinds of bacteria in our bodies. Plus, we need to be exposed to a certain about of it in order to have an immunity so a small amount doesn't wipe us out...I'm not too worried about it anyway. :p
