i took a few pics of cornfield today! there will be more soon. i think this little gal is stickin around a while. or atleast until we can get her spayed, wormed, weaned, and her sugery for a hernia. vet says she's only about 4 1/2-5 weeks old! :mad: (if you don't know who Cornfield is check out the "Cornfield" thred.)

if my dad had his way WE would be her forever home. he already has us keeping both of PiddyBob's kittens. :rolleyes:

AWWW shes so cute!!

I cant belive some person would just leave her. I hate carnies they are always breeding poor bred sick animals as "prizes":rolleyes: :mad:

i really shouldn't! i'm getting a dane puppy in August and think i would probably go a little crazy raising two puppies! ;)

Come on, You know you want to keep that little puppy. You will see her progress day by day, week by week. I feel Cornfield was mean't for you. I never go to carnivals, but now, I think I will, maybe there is a "Wheatfield" or a "Meadow" at one just waiting for me to love and take care of.

thanks! i don't normally go to carnivals either. i just go for their food. i talked to my friend Nola from PAWS shelter here in town. she said she'd help me with the cost of the surgery for her hernia if my vet doesn't do it when he spays her.

Okay, I just read your Cornfield thread and had to laugh at "carnie". I took Fenway to a carnival once and all the carnies were excited because they thought I named him after a carnival (another name for a carnival is Fenway).

Anyhow, what a great story and what a cutie patootie of a puppy.

that's good that the canies you encountered were nice. these carnies were very rough people. they were very rude.

i REALLY can't keep her. i would like to, but i don't think i could raise two pups at once. my dad is struggling with the fact that we have to let her go.

my dad is at the tattoo shop tues-sat from 2-10pm. he doesn't have time to raise a little puppy like Cornfield.

yes, the little white kitten made it! she's bigger then her brother! :eek: i'll bring home my camera on i think the 25. i'll post more pics of both the kittens and momma when it's here.

a carnie is someone who travels and works with the cornival.

don't worry about it! :) there were origonally 4. one little black one died at one day old. a couple weeks ago my mom le Gracie get to Happy the PiddyBob look alike. :(

i'm syer i won't have a problem placing Cornfield. she's too dern cute! i'm typing this with one hand because she's asleep and snooring in the other.

yes, the dane litter is due the 21st! i'm beyond excited! :D my birthday is on the 25th. it would be really cool if they were born on my birthday.

I'm still so sorry, for responding with that joyous chant.

I've been where you are, having a pup on my hands that I know I can't keep.

Needless to say, I learned , a long time ago, that one more dog won't rock the boat. I was remembering an earlier time in my life. When I said, "I can't keep this little dog, but, I actually kept the dog, and, I miss it now as the dog died of old age. I never meant to offend anyone. :(

Thank-You for sharing Cornfield with us!!! I will follow his story. I sure do wish I could have Cornfield. I'd take that pup in a heartbeat!!!!

Lute, I couldn't respond to this until now...Cornfield is adorable, and I think it is great that you took her in.
If I could take, I would! I am sure that she will get a great home where ever you find one though!

She is adorable!! I'm so glad you were able to rescue here. I hope all goes well with rehabilitating her! It is so sweet of you to do all these things. Sorry to hear that she is so young, :( :mad: some people.. Can't wait to see more pictures!
