My digi-cam has been gathering dust for awhile, so when I finally got around to uploading some pictures, I found loads of Hunny taken before I had to have him put to sleep.

It really made my day, so I thought I would share them. Hunny is the white one, and Bunny is the black one.

After Hunny was PTS, Bunny became very depressed and aggressive, I did buy him another "mate". A very sweet and timid bun that I named Luna. Here are a few snaps of her.

About a month ago I rehomed my buns. As some of you might remember, Bunny was a present from a friend and I have wanted to rehome him for a long time, but was looking for the perfect place.

He and Luna now live with my gardener Luci. I am positive I made the right choice for me and the rabbits. I wanted a home where they could receive more attention and love than I could give them. I get almost daily updates on them and they seem to be doing well!

Aw what cuties. They are so adorable.
I'm not trying to get into this to much but, she didn't put her rabbits in a shelter. She found it a home where she knew they would be loved and cared for greatly.

Why didnt you want them? And why did you get another bunny if you didnt even want the one you had..
You were one of the people who bashed me when I had to rehome Roxy so I dont get how you just totally went against your word..
Anyways they are very cute . Bunny looks like Baby when he gets bigger.

Be nice. She got the second bunny because the first was miserable without his friend. And finding them a new home because she felt she could not and was not giving them enough attention is a wise thing to do.

buttercup, remember to treat others the way you would like to be treated.

buttercup, if anyone knows about bashing it's me. i've been through a lot on this board. look at it as a lesson and be respectful of others when they are having problems. this board has made a big step in stopping all the bashing.

They are very cute!

As far as the drama that was brought up by a posted.. stop comparing apples with eggs! As she stated, the bunny was a present from her friend. She did not want it to begin with and they weren't just dropped off at a shelter like Roxy was.

Here is my original thread about giving animals away as presents. Click Here. (http://petoftheday.com/talk/showthread.php?t=86985)

I stated before that I would never have bought a rabbit on my own, I have three dogs and a cat which is more than enough for one person.

I had Bunny for more then a year and a half, I have been looking for potential homes for him since day one. I bought Luna because he was heartbroken when Hunny died, and so was I. Please do not compare me with yourself and your pets. I did not leave my rabbits at the shelter and run out and buy a replacement the same day.

I was thrilled when I found this pictures of Hunny, and wanted to share them with you all. Too bad about the added drama.

Anymore questions Buttercup?
