I just wanted to ask everyone to be thinking of Molly this week. Yesterday she started heartworm treatment. She will be home Thursday night.

Also, she will be staying with me now. :) (She was my father's dog) He obviously can't be trusted, long story, so she will be staying with me. Having her spayed in a couple months, after treatment. Poor girl, breaks my heart that she's having to go through this. :(

Thanks Annette and shihtzulover850. :) She does have heartworms :( Hopefully they are all dying now. She's finished with her first round of treament for the adult worms. Next month this time, she'll be treated for the babies.

Right now she's here at work with me, laying on the floor on a towel since she won't go in the crate.

You are such an angel , taking care of Molly. I waited for her photo to download and it was sure worth.

My hubby thinks I'm addicted to Pet Talk-- I yelled out to him when Molly's picture appeared, "O My God, Get in her and look at this dog"!!!!!!! I exclaimed.

I will be keeping Molly in my thoughts, along with many other ill pets .

Heartworm??? :(

Thanks guys! :)

Thank you very much Dorothy, I do that a lot too, I'll tell Shannon to come and look at this picture or that dog or cat. :)

Molly's at home now in her crate, I just hope she settles down quickly and rests. She was whining when I left. I wish my job would just let her come with me everyday.

I wish you could take her to work everyday too.

Gosh, I simply adore those photos of her. I look at them everyday.

Saying prayers for her, Mandy, Bella, so many more on my list to pray for.

You are such a good person for Molly.

Thanks you guys :) Molly has been doing very well. Her back is no longer sore and she's getting a long great. Now I just have to make sure she stays pretty calm and doesn't run around and such. Not easy when the other dogs start chasing one another in the house. hehe (or when she sees a squirrel outside and just about pulls me down. hehe)

It's hard keeping them quiet, but you can do it. :)

Thanks! She's been pretty good, only had to stop them from playing a few times, well, running around kind of playing that is.

Only a couple more weeks until we go after those baby heartworms and then a month after that let's keep our fingers crossed that they'll all be gone. She'll have a heartworm test 6 months later to make sure they're gone.
