Well, I thought some Simba & Nala pictures needed to be shared and they got their very first ever raw meal today. I'm not sure how often I'll be doing this but I wanted to see how they'd react.

They each got a filet of trout with carrot, banana, & tomato puree. A home-made dog treat crumbled on top.

All three licked the puree off. It was funny to watch their reactions to the fish.
Nala gobbled her's down right away. Simba sorta nudged it around and then chewed it nicely. Kiara refused touch it, then started putting it in her mouth and spitting it back out. All three did end up finishing their meals, though, and cleaned eachother's bowls.

Cute pictures. I herd it wasnt good to feed dogs raw on and off because I was planning on doing it but it supposidly upsets their tummies to keep switching.

Not sure where you hear that from, but it's not true! :) Every little bit helps when you feed raw treats/meals.

Yay, Kay! That looks like a gourmet dinner for your pups. They must've loved that! It makes me wanna try trout with my 2, I have hardly given them any fish so far.
