Just looking at you reminds me of one of the Rotties we once had. She had a wonderful temperment and liked everyone.

My it sure sounds to me like you were in the right place at the right time, both with the trucker that found you and with your new family too. It seems to me that you are very loved in your new home, and will be for years to come.
I'm so happy to hear that you get along so well with other dogs, I'm sure there's some things you could have taught my Angus about manners (he was a rottie boy but not nearly as nice with other dogs as you;)).

SugarBear, you are a real sweetheart! How lucky you are to have been found by someone who rescued you, and then adopted by someone who loves you so.

It breaks my heart to hear how you were left by the side of the road, without any concern as to what would happen to you. I live in the country, and all too often dogs are abandoned around here. I wish the owners could come back and see their dog still sitting there waiting. Whenever a dog stays in the same spot by the road as though waiting, I know he or she has been "dumped." The poor dog thinks that if he just stays where he last saw his master, that the master will know where to find him. :(

I am SO happy to know your story turned out so wonderfully for you! I know you will have a very happy life, now!
