Ok, I'll go first in this thread. I have enjoyed both Katharine and Taylor. I wanted Elliott to win this thing, but knew that he wouldn't, so I have always thought that Kat would make the best choice. Tonite I completely flipped and I am voting for Taylor. I think he is fun and I think he can make any song his own. I had also decided that since I like them both I would base my vote on tonite's performances and in my opinion Taylor won.

This is a tough one as I REALLY like them both! However, I voted Taylor.

If Taylor loses, I think it's the end of the road for him.
If Kat loses, I'm sure someone, somewhere is going to offer a record deal.

Taylor is the pick in my house. My mom is down stairs voting for him right now. I keep hearing busy signals but she says she's gotten four votes in so far. First time we've ever voted! We really don't want Kat to win!!! :p

i agree. he's too old to make a big impact on the teenie boppers, which is who listens to the winner after they win. they just don't want to have crushes on a guy with grey hair.

But American Idol is NOT about appernece(SP). What happened to personality?? He has a great additude, and in my opinion a great voice.

he does have a good personality, but that doesn't mean everything. for example back when Ruben Studdard won he didn't last long. Clay Aiken did! he's got that skinny, cute little kid face.
Taylor may win. a lot of people seem to like him, but i don't think he'll float after the contest.

If you listen closely, Taylor sounds a lot like Elvis on some songs.

My family is split, me, my dad and brother voted for Taylor, and the other three voted for Kat. So basically our votes were just cancelled out and useless :rolleyes:

Yay! Taylor won! I am so glad he won! I didn't want Katherine to win. I didn't like her one bit. I am so happy! and for those who think there was something wrong with america, apparently not since he is now our American Idol!
