Dont feel bad i know it is hard but it is better for them in the long run,My lacy has had surgery 3 times on here right elbow she keeps getting cysts,Best of luck sweet girl!!!

I remember doing that for Molly before she went for spaying.. I was so tempted to give her something.. but I just played with her instead to keep both of our minds off of it. ;)
