I have a beautiful older doxie girl here in need of a home. She just had a dental in Jan. but will need one more tooth pulled. Her previous owner fed her only canned food. :( She has a little growth on her eyelid, but it is not something of dire importance, meaning she does not have to get it removed, though I would imagine it must bug her a little. She is great with cats and other dogs to a certain extent. She is older so I would like to see her go to someone with a quiet house. She only barks when someone comes to the door, and can be taken to a place with other dogs without her getting yappy. Loves to sleep and cuddle with you. She also loves to go for walks, and even hikes. :) If anyone is interested please email me at [email protected] or pm me. She needs a loving, permanent home.

I wish I could help! :( :( There's a chance I could, but not until July-ish.

Awww, she's on the wrong coast. One of my choir folks has always wanted a dachshund!

Unless Cass has moved since we last talked, she lives in Oregon. :)

Where in Oregon do you live? (I saw it on one of the replies). I used to live in Pendleton and Eugene! I would be willing but I would have to wait and see if my prior arrangements were actually going to work out. (I was supposed to be going to oregon to get a chihuahua but I am not entirely sure if that is going to work out or not.)

I would be interested, as we have been looking for a doxie for the last couple years. But we have kittens that are dur and you live too far away. :( Hope the cutie gets a loving home.

I sure wish I could adopt her, she sounds like a sweetie. She will be in my thoughts
