View Full Version : I can't stop thinking about those babies.

I am concerned for the outside kittens after having learned that there is a five foot king snake outside. I am half tempted to bring them in but I don't know if Mama Cat would appreciate that very much. Then again, she hasn't objected to anything so far. I can't stop thinking about them. Should I stop worrying considering that they are in a really tight and, comparatively, safe spot?

On a side note, hubby and I are planning on trying to adopt Mama Cat from his parents (his dads cat, in all actuality) because she, along with one of her daughters (who can't be that much younger than my Isis), are both unspayed as are all the three boys unneutered. We plan on, if we can get her, getting her spayed not only to stop his contribution to over population but to give this girl a REST. She has had so many litters, so many in each, she is probably WORN out. Hopefully we will be able to do this by the time this litter is weaned.

By the way, if I haven't said it enough already, the babies are FREAKIN ADORABLE! :D I, also, tried googling up some images and I could only find one that looked like one of them (the one that made hubbys face LIGHT up and smile and go "awwww"): http://www.holon.se/jane/katteri/images/litter4/morris/morris4-2vthb.jpg That looks like the first boy that I picked up.

What a Great Little One.
And I think taht the Mom Cat will appreciate She and Her Babies being in a Secure Place.
Bless You for doing what you can for them.

Seeing as how they are all strays that just wandered on to his parents property and stayed, a few years back, I wouldn't be surprised if Mama Cat was formerly someones inside companion. She is very docile so I may attempt to bring her and her babies inside. Thank you!
