Well I have a 10 month old siamese cross queen that my much younger sister rescued from a tree. Anyway, she was in heat, and she'll wait by the door. One of our neighbors stopped over and she got out. We didn't see her for a while. But she was out of heat when she came back. Her nipples are redder and she wants more attention, and she is a bit rounder than she was. She also eats more and cuddles more. Is she pregnant? We didn't get her spayed because every vet within 50 miles is booked until May. I know it's entirely possible that she is pregnant, because our neighbor has one tom that they have not been able to catch, so he is not neutered. What should I do???

Nothing you can do. You could make an appointment for her in May- if she is pregnant, postpone it. Or take her in now and have them aborted. You didn't say how long it had been, so really not able to tell you by her behavior if she is pregnant or not.

It sounds sadly as though Mother Nature has taken its course, and soon there will be a Stork coming with Kittens.
We wish Your Cat luck, and Pray thats she not expecting.

Wow, anyway you can take her in until she has her babies? Sure SOUNDS like she's pregnant. All you can do, if you are willing to adopt her or just let her stay till after she and her babies are ready for homes, is provide her a room with a litterbox, food and water. She could ask for anything more important at this time.
