Oh they are so darling!:D Very cute birdies indeed. The darker one looks like a female just by the way she stands. Have you found out whether they are male or female yet?

We are just going with the assumption, based on a couple of things, that Milly is a girl (the totally gray girl) and Roger is a boy (more yellow, brighter colors). But I haven't had anyone look at them but the people at the pet store, who told me they were both boys. Milly is more feminine though.....so sweet, but so shy. :) Roger is my loudmouth and fun boy! Loves to be loved on!! :)

AWWWWW!!!!! How precious! They especially speak to my heart because as you know I may be getting a little sweet cockatiel soon :D I am no expert but by everything I've read so far it seems you are right on their genders. I want to get an outgoing little boy exactly like Roger and maybe one day add a little shy girl like Milly :)

Oh, I am so glad you got your film developed. What a joy to see them together. Roger is a stunning fella, isn't he? And sweet Milly is a perfect compliment to her outgoing buddy. By all accounts these new additions to the household are fitting right in. Keep all the reports coming as we enjoy every word. This way we can have a little bit of birdy enjoyment without having to clean the cage.

Logan, they're precious!!! I can definitely see the difference in coloring!! But both are gorgeous, be they boy or girl. They seem to be getting along well too! And guess what? When I was in a coffee shop this morning, guess what was playing on the radio?? That's right! "Zippity Doo Dah!" I cracked up and everybody looked at me like...."What's so funny????" They should only know!

Ahhhhh Logan, Milly and Roger are adorable. I can see why you fell in love with them. What pretty coloring and they just look so loving to me. What great pictures. Geeeeez I'm just finding out what I'm missing by not checking out the Cat and Pet board. lol

Hi Logan! Finally had a chance to see what the heck you were talking about! LOL! How adorable! We always had parakeets and still am awed how smart they are with those teeny little brains! Isn't it a riot when they start to talk and mix the words around??? We had a shy bird once, but she came around just fine! With all the hair and feathers and shells, girl, maybe I'll loan you my Electrolux! :D ;) :eek: This sounds gross just in case you haven't discovered this yet, birdlie poop cleans better dry. I can see my mom rolling her eyes with the memories!!! I just LOVE birds!

Logan,I just have discovered the saga of Willy/Milly too late:but enjoyed it anyway:)
Since I surf the forums at PT have become very fond on that kind of birds and theirs manners!
But the matter is that the pictures you post are "corrupted" so..... is so....frustrating
