View Full Version : Finally the tree is complete

My husband and myself have been working on the cat tree for about 3 weeks on and off. As you can see by the pictures attached both of my female kitties really like it. Chloe has claimed the top level all to herself. For some reason she looks kinda mad in the pics. I have to say she is never a mad kitty but she does look a little mad though. Hope you like!!

Wow, what a wonderful project for you and your hubby and especially for your girls!!

Lucky, lucky cats getting a custom-built tree and by a nice big window. You will know where to find them any time of the night and day now.

i had made one like that for my guys and i tied a ball on a string...Very Dangerous my cat got her head raveled in it thank god i was home!!! i never thought they could hurt themselves....leave it to my cats...

I Am Going To Have To Take A Community College Course In Elementary Carpentry So I Can Really Make The Enclosed Porch A True Paradise For My Cats!!
Thats A Wonderful Piece Of Furniture And Will Give Them Pleasure For Years To Come.

So y'all used double 2x4s for the verticals? Good idea! For the last 2 I made, I tried PVC, but I couldn't find a way to remove the wobble and make the tree secure. Thanks for the pics!
