Pere is my lovely leopard gecko, Kiki. She's a beautiful creature that loves posing for the camera, eating crickets and hiding under her rock. She's absolutely lovely and the cutest thing ever!
Kiki is the first leopard gecko I've ever had, and I got her when she was three-four months old. She eats crickets and locusts, though she seems to prefer the locusts. I decided to get her since I really wanted a pet and she was the most practical one to get (it had to be a small animal and it couldn't be noisy as it's tank/cage had to be stored in my bedroom). All in all, she's a fantastic pet.
Her sweetness is emphasized by her stupidity, as I often catch her attacking the shadow of her food rather than it. She gets easily confused by mirrors and is generally the best leopard gecko ever, due to her mellow behavior and calmness. Despite all the science and books saying she's supposed to be nocturnal, she is constantly active during the day and curls up to sleep at night. I love her just the way she is!
