This is Honey, like the classic children's book Bunny My Honey, and also for her coloring. She is a ten-week-old holland lop with great big ears and such a soft coat. She's a very pretty caramel color, and lives in Pasadena - Texas, not California.
She is very playful and is every bit as sweet as her namesake substance! Honey is very good about being held, she does not try to wriggle out of our hands like some rabbits we have known. She is very placid, and very good, and lets us hold her and pet her for as long as we want without fidgeting. She's still a baby, and so has a lot of growing still to do. We know eventually she will not only grow into those ears, but will learn not to step on them by accident - I guess her feet are so fuzzy it doesn't hurt when she does it right now, anyway! Her sweet nature and silly antics at playtime make her very special to us.
