I believe my iguana Steve should be honored because he is really a unique pet. My fiancee got him for me when we got together two years ago, so he really means a lot to me.
Steve is very adventurous, and likes to climb into baskets or boxes and perch on the edge - which is fun, because we have seen nature shows with wild iguana perching like that on rocks or branches. He is not a pet for everyone, but he is a great pet for us, and is fascinating to watch him explore his environment when he has his "out of cage” time, when we let him leave his habitat for some exercise and fun. Mental enrichment is as important as proper nutrition.
