Hi, this is my little trio, Peaches Ginger the Grey Zebra Finch, Cream Cheese Cup Cake, and Biscuit Buttermilk the Penguin Zebra Finches. I'll let them tell you their tale!
We are all cousins and the best of friends. We love to play hide and go seek and catch me. These are both games in which our owners try and find and catch us. We also love to chit chat and eat millet (a dried out grain). We are about three months old and get plenty of attention. We got our names because when our owners bought us they thought we were so cute that they could eat us all up and that's why we have food names. We are so happy where we live and couldn't ask for a better home.
Mom here again - they are trained to obey several commands. They have the sweetest chirp (not an annoying squak) that sounds like a calm buzz. They are a blast to watch and are so cute. I really love them both. They know lots of tricks such as going "Home"( to their cages) when I tell them to and they know when it is time for night night. They also love to get outside and see the world - from the safety of a carry cage of course!.
