My pet is Sir Chi Chi and he is eight years old. He is a black velvet chinchilla, and he resides with us in Oregon.
He is very special. We have had this chin since he was about six months old and he has given us numerous hours of enjoyment! He loves to be petted and likes to sit on your shoulder. (He especially does this while I am working on the computer). It makes one aware of good posture with a chinnie perched there, and my do those long whiskers tickle the cheek!
He is so soft, and curious, and fun - we adore our little boy.
