Elmo was the runt of my litter of five and we were not sure he would make it. He is a Abbyssinian, Peruvian mix guinea pig. So I let my best friend name him, and now he is getting bigger and happier every day, The reason I picked him out of all of them was because his is the runt. This was my first try at breeding which as you can see was a success. So I decided to keep him and found nice homes for the others, when they are old enough to leave.
He is such a sweetheart, and while he is still a little shy, his curiosity usually wins out, and he will come see me to investigate. He also does not mind being picked up. He may be tiny, but he already has a huge place in my heart!
