His name is Salvato. He is a New Zealand white rabbit. Salvato a.k.a. Bunz or Bun Bun was born on February 3rd, 2018. He was bred for research and spent his first 6 months in a medical research lab. I was lucky enough to be able to rescue and adopt him from this company and took him home in August 2018.
I have never had a rabbit before. I do have many guinea pigs ... and he definitely has a mind of his own. He can be stubborn, destructive, and moody which makes life much more interesting. He is also funny, adorable, and very smart. He spends most of his time bathing, eating, chewing, doing binkies and flopping on his side. Salvato has made it clear that I am his servant and he is the king of the house. After his traumatic start in life, he deserves all the love and carrots in the world.
