Hi my name is Pikito, that's Spanish for little beak. I'm one year old, and I'm a Roller Canary. My kind is from Germany, but I was hatched and raised here in Canada. We are well known (my breed) for our beautiful song.
I'm special because I sing for food. My mommy says I have a twinkle in my eye. I have a little sister, she's a dog, her name is Sassy but I'm scared of her because she's so much bigger than me. She wants to play with me sometimes, but I just fly away. I am allowed to fly around in our place, but not outside. My person says I am too small and too bright, and there are birds out there that might eat me - scary! But I like my home, and my family says I make them smile, so all is good here.
