This is my sweetheart Chloe, whom I rescued from our local SPCA almost eight years ago when she was just a baby. She is a Silver Marten dwarf rabbit who now weighs about 4 pounds. I was told she was found outside and brought in by animal control so I can only imagine how frightened she must have been. I had recently lost my other bunny Junior and was on Petfinder.com when I saw this little girl and fell in love. She needed a safe and loving home and I needed her; it was a perfect match.
Her favorite thing to do is run around the livingroom and is rewarded with a Wheat Thin cracker. At least twice a day she sits next to me on the recliner while I watch TV and drink coffee. She is very friendly and if you sit on the sofa she will come over to greet you and wait for some "pets". People can't believe she has such character. Her fur is predominately gray but has silver hairs throughout and they sparkle in the sunlight. Being a dwarf rabbit, she has small ears and a small mouth, so a yearly visit to our vet is necessary to make sure every part of her stays healthy.
