This is my Agapornis, commonly known as a Lovebird. Her name is Cookie, and she is very cute. At the beginning she was afraid of me, but now she even plays with me. She likes to play Hide and Seek, when she is not playing attention I step close at her cage and see what is she doing until she realizes that Iâm there and stares at me, (like saying, "what is this crazy guy looking at?") and then gets closer, then I hide or move and she seeks me all around, she is very curious. She likes when I make sounds with my mouth. She likes also to bite my ears softly. She is definitely affectionate.
I always cover her cage with a blanket at 6:00 pm, and in the morning at 6:00 am she is standing at the bottom of the cage and looking through a small space and is waiting for me or my mother to put off the blanket. When she is alone in her nest, sometimes she makes soft sounds and closes her eyes and sometimes moves inside in it, I am not sure what it means, but she enjoys it and stops when she sees me. I take her out of the cage when I go to take a shower, for kissing her or just for playtime, which we both enjoy.
