This is Caspeon and his is two years old. He was given to us by his owner who could not take care of him anymore. Since he has been here he has really come out of his shell and is one of our family. He sure knows how to cheer us up on rainy days.
Caspeon is such a loveable bird. I am really blessed to have him as part of our family. He is very affectionate. When you walk into the room he wistles at you and calls our pretty bird until you pick him up. The thing that Caspeon loves the most is really with my 15-year-old daughter. Caspeon loves to turn the pages of the book for her and it is so funny because he will sit and concentrate on the pages just like he is reading them right along with her. Caspeon is great at letting us know when someone is outside of the house and comming to the door too. When my husband comes home from work or the kids come home from school....I know that thye are here before they hit the door because Cas starts up a rucus and doesn't stop until he knows that it is them and not a stranger outside the door. Cas has a special talent I guess you could say.....He is toilet trained...lol Really he is. When he is out of his cage, we make sure he gets his special time in the bathroom. He will fluff up and let us know that he needs to go and we set him on the toilet and he does his thing. My friends get so tickled they can't believe that he does it....lol, until we show them.
Caspeon's favroite food to snack on is pizza crust. He refuses to eat anything unless it has a crunchy texture to it. Cas's favorite words to say are Pretty Bird & I Love You. He also loves to whistle. Caspeon loves to laugh just like a person and when he gives you a kiss he makes a smaking noise just as if he had lips.
I would not trade him for the world. He is like the baby of the family. I encourage friends and family to have a pet like Caspeon. My life has changed so much since he came into our lives. He gives us unconditional love and is a wonderful companion.
