Hello, my hamster's name is Ted. He is very furry and puffy. We got him at a Petco in Escondido and he ate through his box that they gave us on the ride home. That gave us a clue that he was going to be a very adventurous pet to have. It turned out that he was, too. He scampers around his cage at night and rides his wheel. He also climbs the walls of his cage and lays on top of his wheel for awhile. He can fit into very small spaces, too. Ted is a very enjoyable hamster and can keep you occupied for hours at a time. He is so much fun just to watch. He seems never to get bored either.
Along with his long fur, Ted also has huge whiskers. He uses them to sense things all around him. His favorite food is yogies, but we just ran out so he is very disappointed in me right now. He also loves to ride in my RC Jeep, too. He sits and watches in amazement as the auto mobile moves on its own. He also enjoys playing with our bunny. He is very nice and doesn't bite. He sleeps in a little igloo and will nibble on pretty much anything (like the bars of his own cage).
