My tortoise is quite eccentric! She loves to eat almost everything, including a piece of a popsicle that accidently fell into her cage one day. When I first got her, several years ago, I would take her out of her tank quite often so she could get used to her new home. She would go around trying to eat everything, including blankets, her reflection, stuffed animals, and even a pair of earrings! Luckily, she never actually managed to swallow my earrings because I pulled them out of her mouth as fast as I could. Let me tell you, if you don't watch her... she'll get into some kind of trouble.
I also have a red-eared slider turtle named Tanner that's still a baby, which I got a few months ago, and when I put them together, Dinosaur tends to sit on poor little baby Tanner. She didn't try to eat him, which is good, but I find it quite amusing when she sits on him. Dinosaur enjoys being squished on her head (even though my friends think I'm damaging her brain). Whenever I play the violin for her, she raises her head up and stares at me. Which reminds me, I love her eyes! They're a pretty shade of golden-honey.
