I am honoring my sister's guinea pig boys, Mackey and Alfie. They are my favorite nephews. They are inseparable and raise a ruckus when one is taken out of his house moments before the other. They love basil, cucumbers, fresh hay and their mom, Kathi.
Alfie is a 2.8 pound spikey little black Abyssinian with reddish highlights. He is a mischief maker who will snatch the basil right out of his buddy's mouth. As you can see, they can be bribed for a photo session with basil - the second and third pictures are Mackey and Alphie, shoving basil into their pieholes. Mackey is a black and tan, two toned faced lovebug. He was 3.4 pounds the last time he saw the vet and he is as adorable as he is rotund. Both little boys bring so much pleasure to those who love them.
