Pho Bo is a rescue pig that I adopted three years ago. He was in a bad situation, but he is doing so much better now! He used to live in someone's bathtub, but now he sits and eats his morning hay in his big cage with his two adopted brothers. Pho Bo translates to Beef Soup in Vietnamese, I wanted to name him chicken soup, but Pho Ga just didn't fit! The name was inspired while I travelled around Vietnam a month before rescuing him.
Pho has always been a fraidy-pig, and I think he always will be, but once you pick him up he is a total sweetheart. He loves his brothers very much, too. His favorite food is tomatoes which is perfect because the other two don't like them. He loves chin rubs and exploring my house! And we love him.
