This is Pearl, who was three montha old at the time of this picture. She is my black and white gerbil. She was born on my first day of school and she is just so cute. Her name, Pearl, is very unique for her black and white coloring, but suits her well, because that is how she is. Our little Pearl.
She loves to play and hide in her coconut shells, plastic igloos and nests. But she also loves coming out and playing with us, and our friends. A beauty she is, and her attitude is ever better. She has never bitten and is well trained with humans. Like her mother, she can sit on my lap for hours and play. But she knows not to climb up me or try to climb down. She really is our precious petite Pearl!!!
