This is my gecko Chip, he's my little buddy. When I first saw him he was no bigger then my pinky finger and was cute as a button. I knew I had to have him, so I asked the store clerk at Petsmart, and said I'd like to buy him.
She said okay, and took him out of the small glass cage he was in. Which by the way was way too small for him, as he was in there with two other male geckos.
Then I bought him a cage which wasn't much bigger then the one he was in, but I did not have much choice as it was all I could afford. Two weeks later I got him a much bigger one.
It was a rough ride taking care of him at first but he's doing well now. I give him repti-calcium with vitamin D3 every other meal. I also put some in a small bowl for him to lick up when he needs it. He can be a real picky eater, as he won't eat anything dead. It has to be alive and kicking.
The one thing I like about him is he's always filled with energy, and as far as I can tell he's one of the most tame geckos out there as he's never bitten me other then a few times when i hand fed him but it never hurt.
