Amel is my first cornsnake. And she is such a good pet, I now have two more - she started a trend! She's an Amelanistic morph and is now about one year old.
At first, she was touchy and attacked everyone and everything in her area, but now, she's relaxed if someone wants to pick her up her for feeding or cleaning the terrarium. She is beautiful, but she is also proof that a snake can learn to trust its person. They are not as dumb or scary as people think they are! Amel, as I said, was the first snake I ever got, so she will always be special to me!
