Ash is my first owned bird, though my parents had a cockatiel named Charlie who was the best bird you could ever wish to meet. He was a very good friend of mine, so because of him i have always waned a pet cockatiel/
Right now her gender is unknown, we think Ash may be male but we use female pronouns for now. As regards to her personality, she is very very very cheeky, she won't hesitate to demand attention and food XD and loves to tweet happily in her cage, its funny watching her argue with her toys, we even saw her argue with her self once XD
We only got her recently, and she was six months old at that point, so she is about seven and half months old now. She hasn't really had chance to learn anything but we are trying to teach her the Star Wars Imperial March, which I believe she is trying to mimic.
She has on occasion been whistling and I have mimiced her, only to have her reply which was sweet!
At the moment she is independent but we are trying to get her to trust us more. And yes she is a cutie pie ^^ I love her dearly.
