When I first met Echo five and a half years ago, she was just another horse to me. She was everyone's favorite to ride, even though she made kids cry because she wouldn't let them catch her and she didn't like hugs. But as I got to know her, I began to like her for her unique personality. I started riding her more and more.
We both love to go cantering through the woods. We grew closer the more we did things together. She never runs away from me when I go to get her. Everyone still loves to ride her, but she knows I am the one that loves everything about her and she'll always come to me first. She seems more like a partner than a pet to me, and I would never change the way she is.
