Geno is a longhaired brindle fancy mouse. He is just under a year old, as he was born June 10th, 2017. This is a very special boy. He came from a litter I had, at first I didn't think I could keep him due to not having enough cages. But as luck would have it I was able to keep him. He is a sweetie, though sadly brindle mice are prone to obesity. I have to be careful what I feed him as he is not as active as some of my other boys.
Geno is very intelligent; he is always ready to greet me and ask for treats. He also listens when I talk, his ears twitch and he turns his head searching for the source of the sound. He especially loves treats that are high in fat, he doesn't get them often. I usually feed him bird seed for treats which isn't too bad for him. He loves out of cage time, which he eagerly anticipates. It seems to be one of the few times he is active, he doesn't run on his wheel much.
