This is my lovely pet ferret - Fredi! He is now seven years old, but I got him when he was already two years old, so never knew him as a baby. His old owners had to travel a lot, so they were searching for someone to take this little boy home. They loved him, but knew he needed a better home. After I saw a picture of him, I just couldn't resist. We made arrangementsfor me to take him home.
Fortunately, he got used to my family and his new house easily. In just a few weeks he became a little rascal, really playful and always searching for new mischief. These include digging up the potted plants, delving into drawers looking for some extra food, and whatever other treasues he can find.
As a proper ferret, he is a little thief, hiding socks and breaking things, this are his daily occupations! He is crazy about sweets but of course we hide them from this would-be-gourmand, they are not good for ferrets! He also likes being cuddled on the belly when he is ready for quiet time. I love him a lot!
