This is my pet, Sugar Pootie. She is a cinnamon pearl cockatiel. Everything about her is special but most importantly no matter how bad I feel, how awful my day at work was or how many bills came in the mail that day, all I have to do is look at her and it makes me smile and feel good again.
Sugar is very independent and sassy! She is a good mamma, when she was two years old, she laid eggs and raised two beautiful babies! And she is affectionate. When she wants me to pet her head, she'll run up and bump her head on my hand. She also has a cage next to my bed so she is the last thing I see at night and the first thing I see in the morning. She rides on my steering wheel when we go on trips, it looks like she's driving!
Sugar is not a flashy pet, doesn't do any tricks or anything, but she is the most loyal pet I've ever had. I adore her.
