Noel is a Dutch blue, Peach-faced Lovebird. My bird Noel, (pronounced the female way, sometimes spelled Noelle, thought he is a boy) is great because he always keeps me entertained. He really loves me and is always trying to kiss me and sometimes he even regurgitates for me. (That's very special sign of affection, in case you are not a lovebird person reading this.) Also, he taught himself how to say a few words including, "That's Mine" and No.
He's a little possessive of me - sometimes if people get too close to me for his comfort, he growls, "No, That's Mine." I also taught him how to go poopy on command, and it works very well. It allows him to be out of his cage more often with less messes! I love him!
