Yoshi is a Greencheek conure, which is a small kind of parrot. She likes perching on shoulders, as you can see. I am not sure of her gender, but I think she is a girl. It doesn't really matter to me, though. She is approximately eight years old now, and is named after the Yoshi cartoon character - who is a bright green dinosaur in the Super Mario games.
Yoshi can be very friendly with the people she likes ... and she loves to dance. It makes sense, as birds love to sing, right? Yoshi is a cutie, she has several signature dance moves. So she is not only a pretty bird, but a talented one as well! She is a sweetheart, a character, and an all around great bird in a cute little package!
