Hi, this is my wonderful chinchillas Mr. Pudgy, and below is him with LP (Little Pudgy). Sadly, LP passed away six months ago suddenly, we don't know why, and now Mr. and I are so missing him. As you can see in the second picture, they were best friends with each other, and LP really did look like a smaller version of Mr. Pudgy, don't you think?
Mr. Pudgy is the best chinchilla, so full of love and life. His name is not meant as a pejorative, after all, a healthy chinchilla just is kind of round, especially when they sit like he is in the picture. His fur is amazingly soft, and his whiskers are really long, too - it is very hard to get them to show up in pictures, though, as they are usually moving! He brings me so much joy and happiness, every day is made better just by coming home to Mr. Pudgy. Maybe being honored will help cheer him up, too, he means so much to me!
