My guinea pig's name is Rico. His kind of animal comes from Peru, but he lives with me here in Germany. He was born here, of course. He is only two months old. I like him because he is so funny and pretty. He eats carrots, hay, salad and bread. I feed him every morning, afternoon and evening. He likes it when I stroke him and when I tell stories about everything in my day. I'll always try to have time for him.
First I didn't want to have a guinea pig. I wanted a little dog. But we have only a flat, so a dog can't live here. I was really sad. But then I saw this guinea pig in the newspaper, and I loved it. So now I have Rico and after school I can play with him, and we both have fun.
