I found Angel when she was about five weeks old in our window well. She initially stayed with us for about a week. She was so sweet! She didn't act wild at all. She was eating and doing well. But one night she was scratching around in her box and I didn't know why, so I knew we had to find her a proper foster family, where they knew more about rabbits and could take care of her until she was stronger and older.
So we took her to my friend's house where they breed rabbits. I knew they would take good care of her. And I planned to do research while they took care of her for a while, so we could give her a good forever home. She was doing wonderfully there, too. She was eating and every thing. She even had a little rabbit friend that she lived with. They licked each other and got along great. I visited her there, and was excited for her to be coming home with me in a few more weeks. Then she just passed peacefully in the night, but I will not forget Angel. Rest in peace, Angel!
