This was my ferret, his name was officially Peanutt, but I always called him Little Ferret. Ferrets have always been a part of my life. Peanutt was the eighth ferret I had in my life, and was very dear to me. We got him from a pet shop nearby that was closing. Unfortunately, all of the animals still there were kept in less-than-ideal conditions. I didn't see it personally, since Mom picked him up, but it was pretty bad.
I got him when he was around one, but I don't know how old he was for sure. He's special because he was my crazy little ferret and would always be there to greet me after school. Unfortunately, he was diagnosed with insulinoma and I lost him less than six months after that.
He'll always be special to me because he was my Little Ferret.
