This fella's name is Titus, he'll be a full year on April 24th, and he is a silver/blue fancy rat. Titus is my first raised-from-birth rat, and we have a very close bond- closer than I've had with previous critters; just because I've hand fed him since he could wiggle around and open his eyes. I and his mother BIllie had a very close connection and I feel as if it passed from his mother to him; taking no skittish tendencies from his father.
Titus has always had a very gentle charm and somehow is always perfectly camera ready. When people he trusts pet him, he tends to wag his tail, which I've always thought was a very sweet quirk of his. He also isn't very playful. But when he is, he likes to nibble fingers and lick you. I've never had a rat of mine do that before Titus. I hold this little guy very close to my heart.
